Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Lacsa Laboratorios (“Lacsa,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit lacsalaboratorios.com or contact us about contract manufacturing. We keep data collection to what we need to answer your inquiry and run the site.

Information you give us
When you submit our contact or quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the product or service you’re interested in, and any message you send. You choose what to share; the fields you complete are the information we receive.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we record basic technical and usage data when you browse, using our own first-party analytics rather than third-party ad networks. This includes the pages you view, the site or link that referred you, your device type, browser, and operating system, and a coarse location (country/region) derived from your IP address.
We store your IP address only as a one-way hashed value, not in raw form, and use it to distinguish visits and guard against abuse. If your browser explicitly offers precise geolocation and you allow it, we may record approximate coordinates to improve regional content; you can decline this in your browser.
Cookies and local storage
We use a small amount of browser storage to remember preferences such as your language and theme, and to measure site usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block browser storage in your browser settings, though some preferences may not persist.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and provide the manufacturing information you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website and understand which content is useful.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, property, and users.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our business: with service providers who host the site, deliver email, or provide infrastructure on our behalf, all bound to protect it; when required by law or to respond to lawful requests; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We never sell your data to third parties.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, then archive or delete them. Aggregated or hashed analytics data is kept for a limited period to understand trends. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).
International transfers
Lacsa operates in Mexico (manufacturing in Hermosillo, Sonora) and the United States (distribution in Nogales, Arizona). Your information may be processed in either country. Where required, we take steps so that cross-border transfers have an appropriate legal basis and safeguards.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You can also decline optional browser permissions and clear cookies at any time.
Data security
We use administrative and technical safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to address any incident promptly.
Children’s privacy
Our site and services are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
